Job summary

Caliber is hiring a skilled collision repair technician at our Columbia MO Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs from minor dings to frame rebuilds using modern equipment, ensuring work meets factory specs with a meticulous eye for detail. A team-first mindset helps deliver safe, reliable vehicles to customers.

We offer on-the-job training (I-CAR, ASE certifications), paid time off, holidays, and day-one benefits. Sign-on bonus of $1,500 is available for August start.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
