Caliber Collision Chippewa Falls is seeking skilled collision repair professionals to join our service center team. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with a focus on precision, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs with no shortcuts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Strong teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair, from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate effectively with team to move vehicles efficiently.
