Job summary

Caliber in Punta Gorda, FL is hiring skilled collision repair technicians to transform wrecked vehicles into road-ready cars. You will perform frame and panel repairs, precision welds, and quality reassembly in a fast-paced shop environment.

We seek hands-on professionals with at least two years of experience, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working closely with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged components.
  • Blueprint and repair with accuracy on each job.
  • Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and overall quality.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with teammates across roles.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
  • Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
