Caliber Service Center in West Haven is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs with precision. You will blueprint, straighten frames, and perform full collision repairs in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square damaged frames.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and safe repairs.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from start to finish.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
