Caliber Collision’s Ashwaubenon service center is hiring a skilled body technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles after collisions, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts, welds, and no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
