Caliber League City is hiring for an experienced collision repair role. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender fixes to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory spec alignment and precise reassembly.

The position requires at least two years of hands-on body repair, frame straightening expertise, a no-shortcuts mindset, and a strong eye for detail. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Blueprint repairs and ensure accuracy the first time.
• Commitment to tight bolts, welds, and quality finishes.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute full collision repairs.
• Handle fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit/finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
