Caliber Collision is seeking skilled technicians for our Austin Onion Creek service center to repair collisions with precision and care. If you bring hands-on frame and structural know-how, a no-shortcuts mindset, and teamwork, you’ll thrive here.

Your days include blueprinting repairs, handling full collision work from fenders to frames, ensuring factory-spec reassembly, and collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Eligible to work in the U.S. required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge to pull, straighten, and square.
• Must avoid shortcuts and blueprint repairs to ensure first-time quality.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy at all times.
