The Voss Collision Centre in Dayton, OH is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our auto body shop. You will assist customers, manage service appointments, and help ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in the automotive or body shop industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and screen them for proper routing.
• Open repair orders and ensure RO's and forms are signed before repairs.
• Explain estimates and LKQ/parts usage and repair timelines to customers.
• Maintain relationships with insurance companies and prepare invoices.
