Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician (Auto Body Prepper) to prep vehicles for paint. A minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience is required, with responsibilities including sanding, masking, bagging, and buffing to ready cars for coating.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
• Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s Inspection Centers.
• Maintain and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
