Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Auto Body Prepper to prepare vehicles for paint in our high-tech inspection centers. The role requires a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and involves sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging and buffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging and buffing.
• Operate at Carvana Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.
• Support entry-level training programs and progression opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
