Job summary

Carvana is seeking entry-level Auto Body Repair Technicians for its inspection centers. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and will prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.

The role offers an hourly wage of $17-19 and a benefits package that includes 100% company-paid health premiums, generous PTO (including your birthday as a holiday), ASE and tool reimbursement programs, and

Qualifications

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment with exposure to heat/cold.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
• Training programs available to ensure skill and pay progression with the company.
