Job summary

Carvana in Tracy, CA is seeking an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician to prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. The role offers a wage of $21–$23 per hour and access to training programs that support skill and pay growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing.
• Follow training programs to progress skills and pay.
• Operate in Carvana's Inspection Centers to ensure vehicle readiness.
