Job summary

LDV, Inc. in Burlington, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Auto-Body Prep Technician to support prep and painting of our custom vehicles. Responsibilities include prepping parts, mixing primers and paints, assisting with minor body work, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced shop are essential. The role requires experience with air tools and with industrial or single-stage painting, plus motivation to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with air tools is desired.
• Experience with industrial or single stage painting.
• Quality, accuracy, and the ability to work within a crew in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess attention to detail, be motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prep vehicles and parts for paint.
• Mix primer, sealer, and paint.
• Assist to perform minor body repairs.
• Assist to paint vehicles and parts as needed.
• Able to measure and mix filler and paint accurately (using volume ratios).
• Maintain a clean work area.
