Job summary

Round Rock Collision Center is seeking a Painter Helper to assist in refinishing damaged vehicle parts in accordance with quality specifications and time standards. You will support blending and color matching, prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and ensure a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include masking, filling, paint mixing, operating spray equipment, inspecting results, and communicating needs to service advisors. Commitment to safety and proper PPE use is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare surfaces and mix paints per specifications.
• Attention to safety and PPE compliance.
• Ability to communicate with service advisor and dispatcher as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle inspections and marks areas for dent repair, refinishing, buffing and painting.
• Masks and protects parts not to be painted or coated.
• Mixes paint according to manufacturer specifications and colors.
• Paints surface using sprayer or brush to achieve quality repair.
• Inspects painted units for quality and corrects runs or sags.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to company policies.
