The Auto Body Painter is responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to manufacturer and customer specifications. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, precision, and efficiency while maintaining Xclusive Auto Collision’s reputation for premium-quality finishes. The ideal candidate is experienced with modern paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience as an Auto Body Painter in a collision repair or automotive refinishing environment.
Strong understanding of automotive paint systems, refinishing techniques, and color matching.
Experience using HVLP spray equipment and modern paint mixing systems.
Ability to read repair orders and follow manufacturer repair and refinishing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
I-CAR or paint manufacturer certifications are considered an asset.
