Chassis Master in Florida seeks a Lead Painter to bring deep automotive refinishing expertise and topcoat mastery to our luxury vehicle repairs. You will read specs, color-match, and ensure OEM finish standards are met.

Pay: $24.00-28.00/flat rate
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in person

The Lead Painter brings deep, well-rounded expertise across automotive refinishing and a high skill level in topcoat application, serving as the technical authority for the paint department. In addition to performing expert-level refinishing work, the Lead Painter directs, trains, and mentors the refinishing team, ensuring every vehicle meets luxury finish standards and OEM specifications. The ability to read and follow instructions precisely, work independently, and lead others in an organized, disciplined manner is essential. The Lead Painter must possess a positive leadership attitude, portray a professional business image, and act to assure efficient processing and preparation of all refinishing and production requirements. The Lead Painter must identify and resolve quality and production issues quickly.
You will play a vital role in ensuring every vehicle meets our paint and cosmetic standards before reaching our customers. This position involves performing advanced paint application, minor repairs, sanding, grinding, and painting preparation. You'll also support related reconditioning duties as needed, contributing to a team that values precision, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise helps deliver vehicles that meet our standards, creating an exceptional experience for every customer.
