Job summary

Performance Body Repair, located in Burlington, Kentucky, is seeking an experienced automotive painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of painting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities include applying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat, mixing paint to OEM specifications, and following safety protocols. Qualifications

• Experience with waterborne & solvent systems is a must.
• Strong prep and spraying skills necessary.

What You’ll Do

• Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat

• Buff and finish for high‑quality results
• Maintain paint equipment and booths
• Assist with light body prep as needed
• Inspect work to meet quality standards
• Follow all safety and PPE protocols

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of automotive painting experience
• Experience with waterborne & solvent systems
• Strong prep, spraying, and color‑matching skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and manage workload

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 35 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
• Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, and climbing
