Classic Collision Crestview Repair Center is seeking an Autobody Paint Prepper to assist the Paint Technicians and prepare vehicles for refinishing and reassembly. Follow factory specifications and repair orders while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• I-CAR certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all assigned vehicles for refinishing and reassembly; support Paint Technicians.
• Perform paint prep according to factory specifications and repair orders.
• Assist Paint Technician by preparing spray-out panels and assisting in sanding and buffing.
• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.
• Ensure all paint operations are complete and vehicles are ready for body technician.
