Job summary

Carvana in Delanco Township, NJ is hiring a Line Lead for our Inspection Center. You will supervise and develop a team of hourly associates to meet production and quality goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle movements, ensuring safety, coaching team members, and enforcing Carvana’s values while maintaining high output and low rework. A strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in Carvana’s reconditioning process.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs and meet production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Train team members using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
• Create a work environment that fosters clear communication and adherence to Carvana’s Values.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and delegate tasks effectively.
