Job summary

Hireology in Columbia, TN is seeking a diligent Body Shop Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and communicate options to customers and insurers. You will use CCC One or Audatex to generate estimates and coordinate with insurance companies for approvals.

Responsibilities include ordering parts, tracking repairs, and maintaining organized records. A high school diploma is required; automotive repair knowledge and prior estimator experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience as a Body Shop Estimator or similar role in automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and prepare detailed estimates.
• Explain repair options and costs to customers; coordinate with insurance companies for approvals.
