Job summary

B Street Collision Center is seeking an Estimator in Overland Park, KS. This role focuses on efficient estimating with an emphasis on photos, documentation, and thorough data entry into our estimating system.

We offer top industry pay with a performance plan, comprehensive benefits, and a structured work schedule (Mon-Fri 7:30am–5:30pm). Growth opportunities exist within the company as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in auto body, dealership, or automotive industry
• Knowledge of any estimating system
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Maintain Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Photograph the vehicle and enter admin data into estimating system
• Write total losses estimates
• Blueprinting the related/unrelated damage
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several jobs at once

AN ESTIMATOR AT B STREET COLLISION IS UNLIKE A TRADITIONAL BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR!

• No ordering parts! B Street has an individual that processes parts ordering for each location
• No writing supplements
• With experience and/or training, earning potential of $140K or more
• Knowledge of Insurance Industry procedures
• Knowledge of what to do after a vehicle accident
• Blueprinting the related / unrelated damage
• Photograph the vehicle and enter admin data into estimating system
• Write total losses estimates
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several jobs at once

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• A minimum of 2 years in the auto body, dealership, and/or automotiveindustry required
• Knowledge of any estimating system
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
• You must have a valid driver’s license
