Ball Body Shop in Middleton, WI is seeking an estimator to join our fast-growing team. This position offers a streamlined, proven system and opportunities for growth within a leading collision repair center.

Expect earnings up to $120K with a strong performance pay plan, full benefits, and a structured Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes accurate estimating, system knowledge, and customer service in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in auto body, dealership, or automotive industry.
• Knowledge of any estimating system.
• You must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Photograph the vehicle and enter admin data into estimating system.
• Write total losses estimates.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several jobs at once.
• Knowledge of Insurance Industry procedures.
• Blueprinting the related/unrelated damage.

AN ESTIMATOR AT BALL BODY SHOP IS UNLIKE A TRADITIONAL BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR!

• No ordering parts! Ball Body Shop has an individual that processes parts ordering for each location
• No writing supplements
• With experience and/or training, earning potential of $120K or more
• Knowledge of Insurance Industry procedures
• Knowledge of what to do after a vehicle accident
• Blueprinting the related / unrelated damage
• Photograph the vehicle and enter admin data into estimating system
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several jobs at once

HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES:

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• A minimum of 2 years in the auto body, dealership, and/or automotiveindustry required
• Knowledge of any estimating system
• You must have a valid driver's license
