Job summary

Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho is seeking a full-time Auto Auction Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers, grow accounts, and deliver high-level service. You will negotiate deals, understand dealer needs, and become the trusted link to DAA Idaho.

The role emphasizes face-to-face interaction, regular communication, and personal accountability for expanding the market, with a base salary plus bonuses and travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with dealers.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
• Background in sales or customer relationships is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing auto dealers.
• Regularly communicate with dealer accounts and assist with their auction needs.
• Generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Travel within the assigned sales area as needed to generate new business.
• Represent Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho professionally with customers and within the automotive community.
• Work closely with auction management and other departments to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with customers and identify opportunities to increase business.
• Attend occasional dinners, golf, sporting events and other relationship building opportunities
