Hopebridge in Savannah, GA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and their families. You will work with BCBA supervision to deliver therapy and track progress in a caring clinical setting.

The role offers hourly pay of $20–$22 based on experience and RBT certification, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). A weekday schedule applies.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from BCBA professionals to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and materials to ensure consistent implementation and outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Support children’s skill development and functional communication, and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones with families and build a positive, engaging environment.
