Job summary

Hopebridge in Snellville, GA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in a full-time, on-site role. Training on the job is provided to obtain RBT certification, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Support skill acquisition and functional communication while promoting school readiness
• Celebrate victories and milestones with kids and families.
