Job summary

A leading behavioral health service provider in Savannah, GA is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work with children and young adults with Autism. Responsibilities include staff training, ensuring implementation of care plans, and participating in recreational activities. Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification with a minimum of 40 hours of training.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ongoing training in crisis intervention and CPR/First Aid provided.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on behavior plans.
• Review care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct fidelity checks to ensure plan implementation.
• Ensure availability of materials for care plans.
• Participate in recreational and training activities.
• Document according to company and legal standards.
• Monitor well-being following behavior protocols.
• Practice safety drills including CPI strategies.
