No experience required initially; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. Bachelor's degree is required, with higher pay for advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Master's Degree considered for higher pay.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work with young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
