Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a structured, play-based ABA therapy program. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided. The role offers predictable daytime hours, with potential Saturdays based on patient needs and an opportunity to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; provide diploma or official transcript for verification.
• No experience required; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus (nanny, babysitter, teacher, QMHP, etc).
• At least 18 years old; ability to lift up to 30 lbs; active pace with children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Use play-based activities to promote learning and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
