Action Behavior Centers is seeking dedicated applicants for full-time behavior technician roles. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans and collecting simple data to track progress.

No prior experience required; paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided. The position offers predictable daytime hours, with potential Saturdays based on patient needs and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain active pace with children.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
