Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support children through play-based activities.

No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided, with opportunities for growth and a stable daytime schedule Monday–Friday. Full-time employment includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace around young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
