Job summary

Childwise ABA in Lowell, MA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, implement plans developed by BCBAs, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills. You will record progress and collaborate with families and supervisors.

• No ABA experience required – paid training provided.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals.
