Childwise ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians with paid training in Haverhill, MA. Our team delivers one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing evidence-based interventions under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes data collection and supporting daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Ability to manage behaviors effectively in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.
