Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and help clients acquire communication and daily living skills.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling (10–40 hours per week), and opportunities to grow alongside experienced BCBAs. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and provide a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions

• Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals
