Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks an entry-level Direct Support Professional to join our San Antonio team. You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays; no nights. Training is provided and RBT certification is fully covered. Start date is immediate, and positions offer guaranteed full-time hours.

You will help children learn through play and structured activities, follow treatment plans, and keep a safe, organized therapy space while collaborating with a caring team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or higher preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented with reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth for kids.
