Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Child Autism Therapist in Cibolo, TX. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and offers full-time, daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with paid training and RBT certification coverage.

You will implement personalized treatment plans, gather session data, and help children develop communication, social, and independent skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience in childcare or health/science fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe a Behavior Technician at work.
