Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Aurora, IL is hiring for a Behavior Technician role. This full-time position offers Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, and intensive paid training plus full reimbursement for the RBT certification.

You will support children with autism, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and creating a safe, engaging learning environment. No prior experience required; degree proof needed and growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required; must provide degree proof during hiring.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with floor activities.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented mindset; may support nearby clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
