Action Behavior Centers in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism. You will follow individualized treatment plans, assist with play-based learning, and help children grow communication and social skills.

No prior experience is required as paid training and RBT certification are provided. The role offers full-time hours and a predictable daytime schedule with potential Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; provide diploma or transcript for verification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Paid training provided; no experience required.

Responsabilités

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to understand the role.
