Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in North Glenview, IL is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years under ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play and hands-on activities.

Training is provided; RBT certification is fully covered. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; 60-day raise opportunities after earning RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience is a plus but not required, including childcare, mental health roles, or related health sciences degrees.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Observe and support growth, with opportunities to watch real-time therapy at work.
