Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician in Crystal Lake, IL. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans, and collecting data. No experience is required; paid training and RBT certification are provided.

Evidence of degree is required during hiring, with immediate openings available. The role offers predictable hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays), benefits, and growth

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required. Proof of degree (diploma or official transcript) must be provided during the hiring process.
• No experience necessary. Paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time position in Crystal Lake, IL.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintain a safe, organized environment.
