Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Child Autism Therapist in Grapevine, TX. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Start date is immediate, with paid training and fully covered RBT certification.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with possible Saturdays, and guaranteed full-time hours. We welcome candidates with childcare or health-related experience; no experience needed as training is provided. Location at 5200 Champagne Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
