Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Hutto, TX is hiring a Child Autism Therapist. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and offers paid training including RBT certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Start date is immediate with guaranteed full-time hours. No experience is necessary; training is provided and RBT certification is fully covered. Candidates with childcare or mental health experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; must provide degree proof (diploma or transcript) as part of the hiring process.
• No experience necessary; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification offered.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to train in RBT within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work.
