Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Tomball, TX is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree to deliver specialized therapy to children. You will implement individualized treatment plans, facilitate engagement through play, and collaborate with a compassionate team in a structured, daytime schedule.

Training is provided with paid RBT certification, and there is room for growth within a supportive environment focused on helping children succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in child-related settings is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to stay active during sessions.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work.
