Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Nebraska. This position offers $20–$28/hour along with bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and guaranteed full-time hours to ensure your financial stability while supporting children with special needs.

The ideal candidate will foster positive connections with patients and is passionate about making a difference. Full support for new hires includes training and a strong clinical support team.

Qualifications

• Not Required but preferred Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry level BT roles.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad.
• Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families.
