Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks caring individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills through play‑based ABA therapy. You will work one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans in a supportive team.

No experience required; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided. This full-time role offers daytime hours, potential Saturdays, and growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset and flexibility to support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Use play-based activities to promote communication, social, and independent skills.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child development and growth.
• Feature a video tour of a Behavior Technician role at work.
