Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism in New Braunfels, TX. The role offers predictable 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday hours with optional Saturday shifts, full-time status, and on-site work.

Training is provided and RBT certification is fully covered, with growth opportunities within a supportive team environment. Applicants must be 18+, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and be willing to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and learn through observation.
