Action Behavior Centers in Harlingen, TX is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician. Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Training is paid and includes full coverage of your RBT certification.

No prior experience is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred for advancement. You will follow personalized treatment plans, help children learn through play and activities, and maintain a safe, organized therapy space while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
