Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Child Autism Therapist in Prosper, TX for full-time daytime hours, with paid training and RBT certification fully covered. You will work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized plans and collecting session data.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, be at least 18, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs; experience in childcare is a plus and a quick start is common as roles fill rapidly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No experience necessary; we provide paid training and fully cover your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• At least 18 years old, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and able to stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
