Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Virginia is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our home-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment in clients' homes.

This part-time role offers paid training, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll help families implement behavioral plans and track progress to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 treatment under supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan
• Support families with implementing treatment plans
• Engage children with engaging, creative activities
• Maintain communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with training families on plan implementation
