Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavioral Caregiver/Technician to support children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. You will work closely with a BCBA to implement care plans and track client progress during each session, assisting families at home with daily living activities and social interactions.
This role offers flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time positions, with starting pay of $20–$25 per hour and full benefits for eligible employees, plus

Behavioral Caregiver's at Maxim Healthcare Services provide support and caregiving needs for children and adults with developmental delays and/or challenging behaviors. Behavioral Technician's work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement the behavioral care plan and keep track of the clients’ progress through each session. As well as assisting family members on maintaining the client in his/her home by relieving the family members from basic self-help needs and other activities of daily living including interaction, socialization, and continuation of daily routines.
