Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Daly City is hiring for an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

This role focuses on delivering one-to-one intervention, assisting with daily activities, and collecting data to track progress under the Behavior Support Plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in educational or healthcare setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior areas and crisis intervention.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing and ambulation.
• Implement and collect data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences or related field preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
